The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay truly special. the rooms were comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities. the location was perfect, just a short walk from all the cafes, bars, and shops in the area. the complimentary breakfast was a great way to start the day, with a good selection of hot and cold foods. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bath for a memorable experience.
